On April 19, speaking with Thanh Nien Newspaper reporter, Mr. Trinh Viet Dung, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee (Hai Duong), said that the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee had a meeting and decided to remove Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Kim Lien Primary School, from the position of Party Cell Secretary of Kim Lien Primary School for the 2022-2025 term.

The reason Mr. Nam was removed from the position of Party cell secretary was due to many shortcomings and violations in financial management. "Today, the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee announced the decision to remove Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam from the position of Party cell secretary. This is a decision to remove Mr. Nam from the position of Party leader, and the Kim Thanh District People's Committee will consider and handle Mr. Nam's position as principal," Mr. Dung added.

Previously, on March 15, the Inspection Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee issued a notice of conclusion on the settlement of the complaint against Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Kim Lien Primary School. Mr. Nam was responsible for leading and directing the school's accountant to repeatedly pay welfare money to staff and teachers, then asked them to return most of the money they had received and spend it on other things.

Mr. Nam's shortcomings and violations negatively affected the reputation of the Party organization and the Board of Directors and teachers of Kim Lien Primary School, to the point that they had to be dealt with and disciplined.

On March 27, the Kim Lien Primary School Party Cell conducted a vote to consider disciplinary action against Mr. Nam. As a result, more than half of the votes collected agreed that the disciplinary action against Mr. Nam was to remove him from all positions.

On March 29, the Kim Lien Commune Party Committee conducted a vote to consider disciplinary action against Mr. Nam. As a result, 11/12 of the votes collected unanimously agreed to consider disciplinary action against Mr. Nam in the form of removing him from all positions.

In addition to Mr. Nam, the Kim Thanh District Party Committee's Inspection Committee also requested the Kim Thanh District People's Committee to direct the organization of a review and take disciplinary action against Ms. Pham Thi Quyen, Accountant of Kim Lien Primary School, for the above violations and shortcomings.
