At the ceremony, delegates and people enjoyed a special art program called: Nam Tu Liem - journey to new heights, directed by author and general director Le The Song.

At the celebration, general director Le The Song and his crew brought to the delegates and local people a particularly meaningful art program called: Nam Tu Liem - the journey to reach new heights .

The Nam Tu Liem Art Program - Journey to the heights depicts the heroic identity, tradition and achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Tu Liem district in the process of construction and development. The program is performed in the form of singing and dancing, with large scenes, unique art combinations, combined with modern sound, light and attractive 3D graphics and visual art. The highlight is the emotional and proud reenactment of Uncle Ho visiting the Party Committee, government and people of Me Tri commune on January 12, 1958.

Nam Tu Liem - journey to reach new heights

At the program, Master Le The Song also released a song called Nam Tu Liem - the journey to reach new heights, which he specially wrote for Nam Tu Liem district, inspired by the district's remarkable development in 10 years of formation and development. The song has a modern, youthful sound with a fast, strong rhythm, interspersed with interesting rap music, expressing the district's growth and vitality.

The lyrics highlight the land of Nam Tu Liem with its long-standing historical and cultural traditions, characterized by the brilliant Red River civilization and closely associated with the historical ups and downs of the land of Thang Long - Hanoi with thousands of cultures. In particular, the rap part in the song emphasizes the pride of the 10th anniversary of the district's establishment with the roads, streets, and important works of the capital and the country located on this land.

Author Le The Song said that when composing this song, he spent a lot of time learning about the ancient Tu Liem land and Nam Tu Liem district today; visiting each relic, scenic spot, prominent construction and traditional craft villages of the district to experience and put emotions into the song.

The song performed by Meritorious Artist Anh Tuyet and singer Quang Thien of the Youth Theater, made a big impression in the art program Nam Tu Liem - Journey to the Heights taking place this morning, March 30. Meritorious Artist Anh Tuyet shared that she has performed many songs about provincial songs, city songs, district/county songs... but the song Nam Tu Liem - Journey to the Heights composed by Master Le The Song gave her a lot of inspiration. The lyrics of the song are calm and refined but still highlight the glorious traditions, cultural beauty and historical values of the land and people of Nam Tu Liem. The melody of the song is bustling, cheerful, with rap added... guiding people to beliefs, to a bright future.

Director and screenwriter Le The Song graduated with a Master's degree in Theater Arts from the University of Theater and Cinema. He contributed to the staging and success of the art program celebrating the 20th anniversary of Long Bien District, the opening of the Dong Cuong Temple Festival 2024, etc.

Nam Tu Liem is a district located in the west of Hanoi city center, upgraded to a district on the basis of separating the old Tu Liem district.
