With the theme "Building a young generation with patriotism, revolutionary ideals, beautiful lifestyle, and Vietnamese cultural character", many youth union members of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc listened to veterans impart knowledge and significance of the Dien Bien Phu victory in 1954; the heroic tradition, indomitable struggle , and the great role of the Vietnam People's Army in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland ; the tradition and noble qualities of Vietnamese veterans.
