According to the report of the Management Board of Bau Trang Ecotourism Site, during the Giap Thin Tet holiday (December 29 - the third day of Tet), nearly 6,200 visitors (an increase of 51.9% over the same period in 2023) came to visit and experience entertainment services at Bau Trang Ecotourism Site (Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh District).
Of which, 85% are domestic visitors from Ho Chi Minh City, the southern provinces and some northern localities, most of the tourists visiting Bau Trang are in groups of friends or family. In addition, there are nearly 900 international visitors (Korea, Japan, Germany, Russia, France ...) coming to visit and experience the services on the first days of the traditional New Year. In terms of revenue, during this time at Bau Trang tourist attraction, 90% of the total revenue is from off-road vehicle services, the rest is from food and beverage services and other types of entertainment.
In addition to strengthening security and order, stabilizing service prices, and renovating the welcome gate, arranging parking areas, and local vehicle routes, Bau Trang destination is also attractive to tourists because businesses have proactively built promotional and introduction programs as well as discount and incentive programs to stimulate tourism, and introduced many new and attractive tourism products. At the same time, ensuring environmental sanitation is always maintained in areas where tourists visit, play, and entertain also contributes to attracting visitors.
In addition, before, during and after the traditional Tet holiday of Giap Thin, the Management Board of Bau Trang tourist site also coordinated with local authorities to inspect the implementation of security, order, environmental sanitation, prices and regularly reminded businesses to strictly implement safety while tourists use the service, arranged staff to work on the hotline to promptly report and coordinate to resolve problems related to tourists. Together with Hoa Thang Border Guard Station and Hoa Thang Commune Police, deployed forces to support security, order, rescue, and environmental sanitation.
