On June 2, Bo Trach District Police, Quang Binh Province, has just executed an Emergency Detention Order and issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Tuan (born 1986) and Nguyen Van Duc (born 1994), both residing in Bach Sam Ward, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province, to investigate the act of "Destroying or intentionally damaging property".

According to the authorities, Nguyen Van Tuan drove a black car with license plate 89A-365.38 carrying Nguyen Van Duc, Pham Van Duong (born in 1989) and Vu Hong Thuong (born in 1985), all residing in Bach Sam ward, My Hao town, Hung Yen province, to the Ly Trach waste treatment plant in Ly Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province to collect debt.

Upon arrival, Tuan and Duc used metal bars prepared in the car to smash the glass doors of the factory's gate security room and operating room.

When Tuan and Duc destroyed the properties, Duong followed, using his cell phone to record the entire process while Thuong stood in the security room watching the destruction.

After destroying property, the group left the scene with weapons.

After the incident, Bo Trach District Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Quang Binh Province Police to urgently investigate the subjects.

Using professional measures, Bo Trach District Police discovered and arrested the above-mentioned related subjects while they were hiding in Dong Hoi.

Currently, Quang Binh police are completing the documents and handling the subjects according to regulations.
