Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the review. Also participating were leaders of the Propaganda Department, Mass Mobilization Department, Organization Department, Provincial Party Inspection Committee and the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone.

Developed 2 more Party organizations and 173 Party members

The Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee currently has 121 grassroots Party organizations (46 Party Committees and 75 grassroots Party cells), including 36 grassroots Party organizations in enterprises with State capital; 79 grassroots Party organizations in enterprises without State capital; 5 grassroots Party organizations in enterprises with foreign capital; 1 grassroots Party organization in an agency.

In 2023, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee closely followed the province's directions, the entire term and yearly program of the Bloc Party Committee to identify key tasks, focusing on leadership and direction on the basis of strictly implementing the principles of democratic centralism, solidarity, and high unity; clearly assigning and dividing tasks; promoting the intelligence of each member of the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee and each Party organization.

During the year, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc advised the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc to issue Resolution No. 04 on Promoting the role of Party organizations and Party members in performing production and business tasks.

In particular, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to issue a model coordination regulation between the Party Committee and the board of directors (board of members), general director (director) in joint stock enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-invested enterprises.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has also proactively coordinated with a number of agencies and units to create conditions and remove difficulties for production and business enterprises related to loan capital, taxes, and implementation of social insurance regimes for employees, etc.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc focuses on directing grassroots Party committees to lead or coordinate with enterprises to closely follow the socio-economic development programs of the province, corporations, general companies, and industries to develop plans and propose practical solutions and implement effectively.

The Party building work and the implementation of democracy in enterprises were focused on by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc with many positive solutions and measures. During the year, 2 new grassroots party organizations were organized and developed in enterprises and 173 party members were developed, including 60 party members under Project 5155.

Continue to affirm and spread the role of Party organizations in enterprises

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the role of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee in proactively and effectively implementing many tasks, contributing to increasingly affirming the position and role of the Bloc Party Committee and each grassroots Party organization in the enterprise.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An also emphasized a number of issues and contents that need to be noted in 2024, in which this is a year that is forecasted to have many difficulties, affecting the production and business of enterprises, requiring the role of the Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots Party Committees in enterprises to continue to innovate and be creative in their activities, accompany and support enterprises in developing.

2024 is also a pivotal year for implementing resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, preparing for congresses for the new term; the year of celebrating the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day, therefore, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc focuses on directing the organization of effective emulation movements, aiming to complete the targets of the 2020 - 2025 term, creating a foundation for the new term; in which, continuing to promote the role of enterprises actively participating in social security activities.

Regarding the Party building work, Comrade Bui Thanh An emphasized that, in addition to focusing on consolidating and improving the quality of existing Party organizations and Party members and developing new Party organizations and Party members, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc must pay great attention to building and consolidating the political system in enterprises, including the establishment of Trade Union and Youth Union organizations. Because only with Trade Union and Youth Union organizations can movements be created, creating factors to train, recruit Party members and establish Party organizations, and also through mass organizations to spread the role of Party organizations among workers.

Propaganda and ideological work not only focuses on cadres and party members, but also spreads to the collective and employees in enterprises about the policies of the Party and State, the role of Party organizations in enterprises, production and business activities, including difficulties of enterprises.

Proactively research and clearly define the functions, tasks and roles of each Party organization and the organizational structure of each type of enterprise to advise the province on appropriate leadership and direction mechanisms.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc needs to continue to consider and strengthen the coordination relationship with departments, branches, agencies, and organizations at the provincial level, including the coordination relationship with the Provincial People's Committee's Executive Committee in developing enterprises, resolving difficulties and obstacles, creating policy mechanisms for enterprises to operate; strengthening the role of connecting the coordination relationship between enterprises and agencies, units and between enterprises with each other in using each other's products in production and business...
