In general, the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune and district levels has closely followed the instructions of the higher-level Front on documents ensuring the outline sent by the provincial Front, personnel ensuring the documents of the Party Committee, the number of Front Committee members ensuring the structure and standards, the number of Committee members not lower than the previous term, the rate of re-elected personnel participating in the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the district level not exceeding 60%.

Regarding the preparation work for the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai province, term 2024-2029, scheduled to take place on August 27 and 28, up to now, the draft Political Report, the report reviewing the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province have been completed and submitted for printing and distribution to serve the Congress.

Regarding personnel work, the expected list is 85/90 comrades, with a combined structure including: 22 non-Party comrades (24.44%), 25 female comrades (27.78%); 11 religious comrades (12.22%); 11 ethnic comrades (12.22%).

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Do Van Chien highly appreciated Quang Ngai province for its careful preparation for the 15th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029, especially in terms of documents, personnel and congress program.

He requested the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to preside over and coordinate with member organizations and other organizations in the political system to not only promote propaganda work on the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai province, term 2024-2029, but also to widely propagate to cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life, especially the young generation about the cultural traditions, history and people of Quang Ngai in order to create endogenous strength, highlight the good work that the Party Committee, army and people of Quang Ngai have done so far; thereby strengthening solidarity within the Party Committee and people in the province day by day.

At the same time, he suggested that the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai province, term 2024-2029, should issue a letter of determination to the Party Committee and people in the province, calling for unity, overcoming difficulties, high determination, great efforts, drastic actions, and striving to achieve the set goals.

Regarding the work of the Front in the new period, he suggested that it should be raised to a new level, in which two new contents must be well implemented: the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025" and the program to build residential areas "Self-management, solidarity, prosperity, and happiness".
