Approving Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai as Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation

Resolution No. 1123 of the National Assembly Standing Committee signed by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man approved the election results of the Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City .

The approved candidate elected as Head of the National Assembly Delegation is Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, and National Assembly Delegate of the 15th term.

Previously, the National Assembly Standing Committee also passed a resolution to transfer the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province to the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi with Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai.

On July 29, the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation also held a meeting to complete the position of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation.

After voting and conducting a secret ballot, 100% of the delegates present elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City for the 2021-2026 term.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was assigned by the Politburo to stop participating in the Secretariat and stop holding the position of Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was born in 1965, from Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province.

She is a Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee; a member of the 10th (alternate), 11th, 12th, and 13th Party Central Committee; a delegate to the 15th National Assembly and has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law. At the 9th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, which opened on May 16, she was elected by the Central Committee to the 13th Politburo.

Previously, she was attached to Ha Nam province and held many important positions in this province such as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of Phu Ly City Party Committee (Ha Nam)...

She was also Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission for the 2010-2015 term.
