Leaders of countries congratulate General Secretary andPresident To Lam

Full text of the congratulatory letter from the Leader of the Cuban Revolution, General Raúl Castro Ruz and the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez reads:
"On behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, we would like to send our warmest congratulations on your election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam .
We believe that under your wise leadership, the Communist Party of Vietnam will continue to lead the Vietnamese people to promote glorious victories in the struggle for independence and national development, continue to successfully promote the renovation process, and ensure the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, and a fair and civilized society as set forth by the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
We would like to emphasize our desire and commitment to continue to deepen the good relationship and brotherly affection between the two Parties that was built by the historical leaders Fidel Castro Ruz and beloved Ho Chi Minh. We would like to send you our warmest brotherly and friendly feelings."
Full text of the congratulatory message from General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea Kim Jong Un reads:
"Hearing the news that you have been elected General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, I would like to send you my warmest congratulations. I wish that the Communist Party of Vietnam and all the Vietnamese people, under your leadership, will make even greater progress in the cause of building socialism."
Congratulatory message from Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio reads:
"I would like to send my warmest congratulations to you on the occasion of your election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam... I believe that the Vietnamese people will grow stronger and stronger under your excellent leadership.
Japan and Vietnam have been building close cooperative relations in all areas, including politics, economics, diplomacy, security, defense, culture and people-to-people exchange... I believe that your election as General Secretary, a great and important friend of Japan, will further deepen the relationship between the two countries. I hope to continue working with you to bring the friendship between Japan and Vietnam to a new height in the future."
In a congratulatory letter to General Secretary and President To Lam, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed his belief that with his experience, high prestige and personal qualities, General Secretary and President To Lam will excellently fulfill all tasks.
President Lukashenko affirmed that Belarus wishes to further develop relations with Vietnam on the basis of traditional friendship, trust and mutual understanding; hopes that the two countries will continue to coordinate, effectively implement the agreements reached and identify directions for bilateral cooperation in various fields in the coming time.
On this occasion, leaders of many political parties also sent letters and telegrams of congratulations to General Secretary and President To Lam.
In his congratulatory letter and telegram, Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov emphasized that Comrade To Lam's election to the highest position of the Party was the result of his many years of dedication for the benefit of the nation and people, expressing his deep belief that under the leadership of Comrade To Lam, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the eternal legacy of President Ho Chi Minh, will continue the reform process that the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and all the Vietnamese people have carried out to successfully implement the resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam;
National Secretary of the French Communist Party Fabien Roussel assessed that the event would mark a new page in the centuries-old relationship between the two parties, and expressed his belief that the two sides would continue to strengthen cooperation for the benefit of the nation, while promoting the ideals of the communist and workers' movements; and believed that under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam would continue its path of economic and social development as well as continue to act for peace and stability in the region and the world;
General Secretary of the Dominican United Left Movement Miguel Mejía affirmed that the election of President To Lam to the position of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a recognition and trust of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people, of the Party leaders, demonstrating the political vision, steadfastness, commitment to the Party's guidelines, the ideals and leadership of Leader Ho Chi Minh that were continued by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and previous generations of leaders;
The Secretariat of the Communist Party of Bolivia expressed its belief that the Communist Party of Vietnam, under the wise leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, will strengthen solidarity and unity, successfully implement the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress and achieve new revolutionary achievements;
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Mexico believes that under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, the Communist Party of Vietnam and the heroic Vietnamese people will continue to move forward and successfully achieve the set goals, and wishes to continue developing the relationship between the Communist Party of Mexico and the Communist Party of Vietnam;
Permanent member of the Central Secretariat of the Communist Party of Argentina Jorge Kreyness believes that, following the legacy of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam will continue to achieve new successes in building socialism through consolidating sovereignty and improving people's welfare.
