Workshop to complete research outline of ministerial-level scientific topics

Presenting the research outline, the Project Management Board said that, with the goal of proposing solutions to improve inspection laws related to inspection of the management and use of State capital and assets at State-owned enterprises, and at the same time proposing solutions to inspect the management and use of State capital and assets at State-owned enterprises in Vietnam today, the project researches 3 main contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical basis for inspection of management and use of State capital and assets in State-owned enterprises. This content focuses on providing some concepts, principles, and characteristics of inspection. Overview of management and use of State capital and assets in State-owned enterprises, characteristics, content, role, and significance of inspection of management and use of State capital and assets in State-owned enterprises.

Chapter 2: Current status of law and inspection activities on management and use of State capital and assets at State-owned enterprises.

Chapter 3: Proposing solutions to improve the law and inspection activities on the management and use of State capital and assets at State-owned enterprises.

Giving opinions at the workshop, delegates all agreed that this is a rather broad topic; therefore, the problem statement needs to be generalized and made more concise. Therefore, the scope of the research needs to be narrowed down to a number of issues and areas.

In the content of chapter 1, the project manager needs to briefly state the concepts and principles of inspection activities, and use the research results of previous projects. In the current situation, it is necessary to present some results on the effectiveness of State capital management.

Chapter 2, the project leader needs to clarify the group of common violations in the management and use of State capital and assets in State-owned enterprises. For example, what violations have been made in the allocation and use of capital in practice, thereby drawing lessons as a premise for solutions in Chapter 3.

On the same day, the Institute of Strategy and Inspection Science organized a workshop to complete the research outline of the ministerial-level scientific topic "Receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations online: Current situation and solutions", chaired by Dr. Cung Phi Hung, Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategy and Inspection Science.

According to the Project Manager, with the aim of proposing solutions to improve the law on receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations online, resolving complaints and denunciations online and proposing solutions for receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations online in Vietnam today, the project researches 3 main contents, specifically:

Chapter 1: Theoretical basis for citizen reception, online complaint and denunciation settlement.

Chapter 2: Current status of law and activities of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations online.

Chapter 3: Proposed solutions for receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations online.
