Van Thinh Khang Company Limited was fined a total of 240 million VND for building an illegal parking lot of more than 1,000 square meters in the center of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong).


On March 14, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City announced that the local government had issued a decision to administratively sanction Van Thinh Khang Company Limited (headquartered in Ward 1, Bao Loc City) for illegally constructing a parking lot.

Through inspection by the authorities, Van Thinh Khang Company Limited, with Ms. Van Thi Bich Tram as director, built 2 projects violating construction order regulations on land plot number 457, map sheet 13, ward 1.

Of which, 1 construction item with an area of ​​300m2 was built without a permit issued by the Department of Construction with an area of ​​more than 240m2; another construction item with an area of ​​more than 1,000m2 was built without a permit.

Bao Loc City People's Committee has fined Van Thinh Khang Company Limited 240 million VND.

Of which, the act of constructing a construction without a permit is 110 million VND and the act of constructing a construction without a permit is 130 million VND.

Along with administrative sanctions, Bao Loc City People's Committee forced Van Thinh Khang Construction Company to demolish the illegal construction works and parts of the construction works.

The deadline for implementing remedial measures is 30 days from the date of receipt of this decision.
