On the occasion of International Children's Day (June 1) and the Month of Action for Children in 2023, Huong Khe district allocated 81 million VND from the budget, organized delegations of district leaders and representatives of departments and offices to directly visit, encourage and give gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances to share some of the difficulties and encourage them to rise up in life.
Chut ethnic children excitedly participate in the program to celebrate International Children's Day.
In particular, in Rao Tre village, Huong Lien commune, on the afternoon of May 31, Huong Khe district leaders presented 58 gifts, each worth 600,000 VND to 58 Chut ethnic children; presented 1 baby stroller to a family in especially difficult circumstances. The total value of the gifts in Rao Tre village was 37 million VND.
In addition, Huong Khe district also directly presented gifts to 6 children in especially difficult circumstances, orphans, disabled children and 2 charity centers Thien An (Loc Yen commune) and Hong Phuc (Dien My commune) with a total amount of nearly 14 million VND.

Previously, on the occasion of the Month of Action for Children 2023, Huong Khe district organized the awarding of 50 gifts to poor children in especially difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to study well with a total amount of 30 million VND.
On the occasion of International Children's Day (June 1), each Chut ethnic child received a gift worth 600,000 VND.
It is known that recently, along with activities of giving gifts and scholarships to students, the District Women's Union has coordinated to connect and call on organizations and individuals to support and sponsor 147/191 orphans in difficult circumstances in 3 years (2022 - 2025) with an amount of over 1.8 billion VND.
