LG Electronics Vietnam repairs electronic devices for people in flood-hit areas

With the desire to share difficulties and accompany people to stabilize their lives soon, from now until August 31, 2025, LG will support people to check, maintain and repair LG home electronics and entertainment devices damaged by storms and floods in 9 heavily affected localities in Nghe An and Dien Bien provinces, including: 4 former districts of Nghe An province (Anh Son, Con Cuong, Ky Son, Tuong Duong) and 5 communes of Dien Bien province (Xa Dung, Tia Dinh, Muong Luan, Na Son, Phinh Giang).

The program applies to many LG product lines from entertainment electronics (TVs, speakers, computer monitors), home electronics (refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.) to air solutions (air purifiers, air conditioners). For products that are still operating normally, people will receive free inspections to detect early risks of damage and timely advice on solutions, as well as free basic cleaning to maintain performance and ensure long-lasting equipment life.

For defective products, LG will cover all costs of inspection, travel, transportation (if any) and repair labor; replacement parts will be discounted up to 50%. In case the device is severely damaged or there are no replacement parts left, LG will offer special incentives when buying a new one so that people can quickly have a replacement device and stabilize their lives.
