With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Innovation", this Congress has the task of objectively and comprehensively assessing the results of implementing the Action Program and Resolution of the 6th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; proposing an Action Program in the new period;

Raise the determination to "Enhance the core role of the Fatherland Front, practice democracy, strengthen social consensus, promote potential, arouse aspirations to contribute to building a prosperous and happy Ba Ria - Vung Tau province".

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Mr. Bui Chi Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: The 7th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024 - 2029 is one of the important events in the political system of the province and among the people of the province.

With the functions and tasks of propagating, mobilizing, and gathering people of all walks of life; playing a core role in presiding over democratic consultation, coordinating with member organizations to widely deploy patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; carrying out social supervision and criticism work; representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people;

Gather and listen to people's opinions; mobilize social resources to participate in successfully implementing the province's socio-economic development goals and tasks, contributing to building a prosperous and happy Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Therefore, on the first working day, to ensure the good implementation of the proposed contents and work programs, the delegates attending the Congress will concentrate their intelligence and responsibility to discuss and approve 10 important contents.
