Booking.com has just announced the 10 domestic destinations most searched by Vietnamese tourists during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday in 2025. The list of most searched tourist destinations, based on accommodation searches, with check-in dates from April 4, 2025 to April 7, 2025.
Accordingly, Da Nang ranked first in terms of searches. Followed by popular destinations in turn are Da Lat, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Hanoi , Hue, Phu Quoc, Hoi An and Mui Ne.
Flight search data on the Booking.com platform also shows the diverse travel preferences of Vietnamese travelers, with destinations spanning from North to South.
Da Nang continues to lead the top 10 most searched destinations for flights from April 4 to April 7, 2025. Next, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc are the most searched domestic destinations, showing the sustainable attraction of coastal areas.

Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Cat, Da Lat and Hue are also on the list of popular destinations for tourists looking for relaxation and cultural experiences during their vacation.
3 destinations also appeared in the top 10: Phu Quoc, Tuy Hoa and Vinh.
During this year’s Hung Kings Commemoration Day holiday, Vietnamese travelers are actively exploring both domestic and international trips, with Asia-Pacific destinations being a top priority. Vietnamese travelers are looking for short international trips with diverse experiences, from urban exploration to relaxing resorts.
With the advantages of reasonable costs, colorful culture and the typical excitement of a city, neighboring destinations in the Asian region are popular.
Thailand continues to be the top choice, with Bangkok being the most searched international destination, followed by Tokyo (Japan) and Seoul (South Korea). Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Singapore, Osaka (Japan), Hong Kong (China), Ubud (Indonesia), Kyoto (Japan) and Taipei (Taiwan, China) also made the list, demonstrating the diversity of Vietnamese travel preferences.
