The program “Resources for Victory” was jointly organized by agencies and units with practical significance, profound content, and diverse forms, contributing to arousing national pride, gratitude, and expressing gratitude for the great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who fought and sacrificed for the country’s peace and unity. At the same time, the program also aims to encourage officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army and people nationwide to promote tradition, continue to strive to achieve many achievements in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to bringing the country into a new era.

Under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, the whole country entered the resistance war against the US to save the country not only with guns and bullets, but also with an iron will: "Vietnam is one, the Vietnamese people are one! Rivers may dry up, mountains may wear away, but that truth will never change!"

The ardent patriotism and the strong spirit of solidarity of the entire nation contributed to creating a great political and spiritual resource, which had decisive significance, forming a combined strength, the foundation for building and promoting material strength. In particular, the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of 1975 was a total mobilization of resources on an unprecedented scale in the history of people's war.

The exchange program "Resources for Victory" on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification once again looked back at the invaluable resources for victory from the perspective of logistics and engineering.

The program is a series of stories connecting the past to the present with historical witnesses and stories told through music, structured in 4 parts: Part 1 - Mobilizing all resources of the entire nation; Part 2 - Ensuring logistics and battlefield techniques; Part 3 - The day of total victory; and Part 4 - Building the Logistics and Engineering sector in the new era.

Each part of the program introduces component reports with many new and attractive details, some stories are introduced for the first time, interspersed with elaborately staged art performances with animations and storytelling music. Along with that, combining exchanges with historical witnesses, recreating the heroic and profound atmosphere, all for the front line, all for victory.

The emotional and profound moments in the program were the introduction of an excerpt of a letter sent to the family of martyr Do Trong Hai, a military doctor of Regiment 64, Division 320A. The martyr sacrificed himself at the height of 1015, the Central Highlands front in 1972. On stage, Mrs. Hoang Thi Sam, wife of martyr Do Trong Hai, and her daughter Do Hoai Nam could not hold back their tears when listening to the letter of her beloved husband and father. Along with that, the Skyline photo restoration group presented a restored photo of the whole family of martyr Do Trong Hai - a composite portrait of doctor Do Trong Hai when he was alive and a photo of the mother and daughter taken together when Nam was a child.
