Exhibition "Keeping the oath of independence"
The exhibition Keeping the Oath of Independence is taking place at the Vietnam Military History Museum (Hanoi), an event held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
The exhibition is a meaningful activity to review the glorious 80-year journey of the nation. More than 300 images, documents and artifacts at the exhibition vividly recreate the sacrificial, arduous but extremely glorious journey of our nation in the journey to protect independence, maintain sovereignty, build and protect the Fatherland.
Typical examples include the Declaration of Independence of President Ho Chi Minh on September 2, 1945; Collection of newspapers during the revolutionary peak period of 1941-1945; Restoration of the "Hoang De Chi Bao" seal - a symbol of the supreme power of the feudal court, becoming a testament to the moment of historical transition; Collection of "Cu Ho" banknotes - a means of payment issued by the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, demonstrating the economic and financial sovereignty of an independent nation.
In particular, the exhibition applies augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technology to recreate history and increase interaction for visitors to research, learn and experience.
The exhibition “Keeping the Oath of Independence” will open to visitors from August 12, 2025; information about the exhibition will be regularly updated on the website of the Vietnam Military History Museum ( http://baotanglichsuquansu.vn/ ) so that officers, soldiers and people can learn more.
