Special art programs to celebrate National Day September 2

In the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), Hanoi city will organize and coordinate many cultural and artistic activities at the national and city levels.

At 8:00 p.m. on August 31, 2025, a special art program "Hanoi - Forever Vietnam's aspiration" will take place at the National Exhibition Center with a scale of 10,000 people.

The live TV program "Golden Opportunity" will take place at 8:10 p.m. on August 22, 2025, at Hanoi Flag Tower (28A Dien Bien Phu, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi City). The program is hosted by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, organized by Vietnam Television and Hanoi People's Committee.

Next, on the evening of September 1, at My Dinh National Stadium, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize a special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2 with a scale of 30,000 spectators.

The Ministry of Public Security coordinated with other units to organize the program "Peaceful Festival" from August 16-19, with many experiential activities, exhibitions from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and cultural and artistic programs taking place in the evening.

This is an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day, the 20th anniversary of the National Security Protection Day, and at the same time, it is associated with the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

On this occasion, Hanoi city will display lights on August 29 and 30, at Hoan Kiem Lake.

In particular, there will be a series of art performances at high-altitude fireworks displays in the City taking place on September 2 with meaningful themes at different locations.

Specifically, at 8:00 p.m. on September 2, at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hoan Kiem Ward), the art program "80 years - Pride of Vietnam" will be held. In addition, there will be experiential activities from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., from August 30 to September 2.

The program "Under the golden starlight" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 2, at My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem ward); the program "Immortal epic" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 2 at the stage of Lac Long Quan Flower Garden (Tay Ho ward); the program "Forever the triumphant song" will also take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 2, at Ho Van Quan area (Ha Dong ward),

In addition, in communes far from the city center, art programs will be organized in 07 communes far from the city center (communes: Thach That, Phu Xuyen, Me Linh, Ba Vi, My Duc, Dan Phuong, Ung Hoa), from August 17 to September 2.
