Visiting the Center on the morning of March 29, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that advanced science and technology is a mandatory path to take a shortcut, with great potential and great contributions to the economy. The General Secretary highly appreciated the efforts of enterprises in accessing and developing modern technologies, hoping that Da Nang will not only be a place for research, design, and testing but will also become a place for manufacturing and exporting high-tech products such as semiconductor chips to the world.

Based on the signed cooperation content in the development of semiconductor and high-tech fields, Vikki Digital Bank and DSAC announced a cooperation relationship to develop high-quality human resources in key technology industries for Da Nang and Vietnam in the coming time.

Vikki Digital Bank and units such as Galaxy Holding invested in a modern LAB system with a budget of 100 billion VND for the first year; including focusing on equipment investment, training program development and operating costs.

Vikki Digital Bank and its member units in the ecosystem will coordinate with the city to implement training programs - develop high-quality human resources in the field of semiconductors and artificial intelligence, develop products and services to serve socio-economic development - business and people's needs. At the same time, the two sides will research, develop and move towards supporting and providing semiconductor design and semiconductor simulation services using the world's leading Synopsys ZeBu-5 system.

Mr. Le Van Thanh - Deputy General Director of Vikki Digital Bank said that this program is part of the series of activities of HDBank and Vikki Bank when receiving the task of developing Blockchain Make-in Vietnam technology under the witness of General Secretary To Lam on January 15, 2025.

“The investment in modern labs and Synopsys Zebu-5 equipment is a strong commitment to promoting innovation, building a world-class semiconductor and artificial intelligence workforce for Vietnam and supporting the development of the high-tech industry, applying these achievements to the banking and finance industry, helping to shape the future of the semiconductor and artificial intelligence industry, thereby actively and effectively contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW in the coming time,” Mr. Thanh affirmed.

By applying the world's latest technologies and leading experts in the industry, the program aims to provide students with practical experience and necessary skills, helping them become important factors in the rapidly developing high-tech field in Vietnam.

DSAC representative also emphasized: “By combining the strengths of businesses and city government, and especially the resources and international operating experience of Vikki Digital Bank and units in the ecosystem, we are building a solid foundation for research, development and human resource training, thereby opening up new opportunities for the technological future of Da Nang and Vietnam.”
