The list of 26 players of the Vietnamese national team was sent by coach Philippe Troussier to the Organizing Committee of the 2023 Asian Cup Finals. The AFC also announced the official list of 24 teams competing in Qatar.

Goalkeepers (3): Nguyen Filip ( Hanoi Police Club), Nguyen Dinh Trieu (Hai Phong), Nguyen Van Viet (SLNA).
Defenders (9): Vu Van Thanh, Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Giap Tuan Duong, Ho Tan Tai (Hanoi Police), Do Duy Manh, Pham Xuan Manh (Hanoi Club), Vo Minh Trong ( Binh Duong ), Nguyen Thanh Binh, Phan Tuan Tai (The Cong - Viettel).
Midfielders (9): Nguyen Hoang Duc, Truong Tien Anh (The Cong - Viettel ), Do Hung Dung, Nguyen Hai Long (Hanoi Club), Nguyen Quang Hai, Le Pham Thanh Long (Hanoi Police), Nguyen Tuan Anh (Hoang Anh Gia Lai), Trieu Viet Hung (Hai Phong), Nguyen Thai Son (Thanh Hoa).
