Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the mobilization, assignment and appointment of cadres.

Specifically, mobilize and appoint Mr. Doan Ut Bay, Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee until retirement age.

Transfer and appoint Mr. Pham Minh Luyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hoa Binh District Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, for a term of 5 years.

Mobilize and assign Ms. Do Ai Lam, Vice Chairman of Bac Lieu City People's Committee to take on the task of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Mobilize and assign Mr. Huynh Cong Cuoc, Head of the Department of Political Theory and Party History, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to take on the task of Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council.

Mobilize and assign Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duy, Secretary of Hong Dan District Youth Union, to take on the task of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, term XI, 2022 - 2027.

At the conference, Secretary of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee Lu Van Hung emphasized that cadres are arranged, mobilized, and rotated through many working positions as a basis for more comprehensive training and practice, meeting the requirements of performing the province's political tasks in the new period, especially preparing personnel for Party congresses at all levels.
